One of the biggest interior design trends of recent years has been a move towards large format tiles which give a clean and uninterrupted finish.
At Cersaie 2017, one of the largest international trade shows of ceramic tiles and bathroom furnishings, we were excited to see how this trend has been taken a step further with the introduction of extra-large format tiles.
Extra-large format tiles are available in sizes up to 1600 x 3200 mm. They provide the opportunity to create a minimalist, seamless surface expanse with few grout lines and a great wow factor!
Extra-large format tiles aren’t suitable for the average-sized home but are ideal for large-scale luxury residential projects and commercial spaces.
Many of these larger format tiles are just 6 mm thick. This lightweight format makes then extremely versatile and means they can be used for floors and walls, ventilated façades, indoor and outdoor furnishing.
In the new year, we will be supplying Florim oversize Magnum.
These beautiful extra-large format tiles are available in several styles including stone and metal, neutral shades and sharp patterns.
They are available in 1600 x 3200 mm, 1200 x 2400 mm and 800 x 2400 mm. They are suitable for both floors and walls and have considerable stress resistance.
